Lead a team of shift equipment technicians to meet equipment schedules, production standards and operational costs. Set clear expectations, give performance feedback and outline improvement plans for the team. Ensure training is conducted and SOPs are followed to eliminate safety and quality risks. Analyse data and perform root cause analysis to resolve equipment issues. Work closely with production, process and management stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
