When
Lead a team of shift equipment technicians to meet equipment schedules, production standards and operational costs. Set clear expectations, provide performance feedback and outline improvement plans for your team. Analyse data and perform root cause analysis to resolve equipment issues. Maintain close communication with production and process stakeholders, and establish and review SOPs. Ensure adequate training and compliance to SOPs to eliminate safety and quality risks.
