When
Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain application, platform and service enhancements for retail and customer interaction systems. Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, production deployment and post-implementation stabilisation. Provide 24/7 application on-call support and lead technical response for production incidents and recurring issues. Investigate and resolve application, platform or service defects and incidents. Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes and support guides, and collaborate with business, technology and vendor stakeholders.
