When
You will define, evaluate and safeguard the reliability of NAND Flash products. The role involves hands-on large-scale data analysis, electrical failure analysis and working with cross-functional teams to prevent reliability escapes to customers. You will develop reliability test flows, short-term countermeasures and control measures, and support customer technical inquiries. You will also mentor junior engineers and drive initiatives to strengthen the reliability programme.
