About the role

Lead daily site engineering operations and maintenance delivery for a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical facility, managing the on-site technical team. Take charge of HVAC systems, critical utilities and M&E services to ensure uptime, reliability and regulatory compliance. Manage maintenance OPEX budgets and support CAPEX lifecycle planning. Oversee technical investigations, RCA and CAPA, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Coordinate contractors and vendors, and provide 24/7 standby and emergency escalation support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline
3-5 years' experience in engineering operations or facilities management with leadership or supervisory capacity
5+ years' direct experience with HVAC and critical utilities in a GMP/pharmaceutical/cleanroom environment
Experience managing technical teams, maintenance vendors and engineering KPIs
Experience managing maintenance budgets and asset lifecycle management in an outsourced IFM model
Knowledge of GMP, EHS and regulatory compliance standards
