About the role

You will lead one or more engineering teams, setting technical direction and driving delivery of product capabilities. You will partner with product, design, QA and security to prioritise roadmaps and ship high-quality software reliably. You will stay close to technical details through architecture reviews and design discussions, and build reliability and security into the team's approach. You will coach and develop engineers, support recruitment and onboarding, and foster a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

Experience with large, high-availability software systems at scale
Strong technical leadership and judgment
Proven people leadership and coaching experience
Experience with modern full-stack web technologies
Ability to communicate trade-offs and collaborate across functions
