Lead software engineering squads to build applications for businesses, citizens and intellectual property professionals, enabling them to file and examine intellectual property with ease. Define your team's engineering vision, strategy and direction, and drive the design, implementation and delivery of one or more products. Partner with stakeholders and agencies to prioritise and manage product roadmaps. Mentor and coach engineers on performance and career growth, and help with recruitment for senior hires. Establish engineering practices and tools to build a strong engineering culture, and incorporate Generative AI capabilities into digital products.
