Lead an engineering team delivering digital services for the Ministry of Social and Family Development. Define the team's engineering vision, strategy and roadmap, and work with stakeholders to prioritise and deliver product goals. Coach and mentor engineers on performance and career growth, and build engineering standards across a portfolio of systems and vendors. Drive practices such as infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and compliance, and support recruitment of senior hires. This role starts on a 2-year contract.
