Engineering Manager (MUIS)

About the role

Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams building a trusted digital lifestyle and engagement platform for Singapore Muslim citizens across web and mobile. Own the technical direction, architecture and delivery of the platform, including content, search, personalisation and engagement features. Establish engineering processes, agile practices and standards for quality, security, reliability and accessibility. Partner with product, design, communications and government stakeholders to translate community and service goals into scalable technical solutions. Drive adoption of cloud-native, DevOps and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
• At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience
• At least 2 years leading, coaching and developing software engineers
• Experience leading agile teams and delivering complex web and mobile digital products
• Strong experience with mobile application development and architecture
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices and cloud-native architectures
