When
You will be part of the care team providing nursing care to rehab and sub-acute patients in a homely environment with less segregation of duties. You will provide nursing care, treatment and patient education activities to an assigned group of patients. You will work in inpatient wards on a 3-rotating shift and be open to deployment within two work sites under SingHealth Community Hospitals. A uniform is required.
