Environmental Intern

About the role

Support the team lead on environmental site assessment (ESA) and environmental impact assessment (EIA) projects. Work alongside experienced consultants on field sampling of environmental media such as soil, groundwater and surface water. Help with site inspections, environmental audits and the development of safety and health risk assessments. Assist with ESA/EIA technical reporting, preparation of figures and presentation slides.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology, Impact Assessment or a related field
• Basic knowledge of environmental field sampling
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work in outdoor environments and willing to travel to field sites
• Must be a full-time, currently enrolled student at a recognised educational institution
