Environmental Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Oversee daily environmental cleaning and sanitation services to ensure they meet prescribed standards. Coordinate and supervise cleaning contractors, pest control providers, and maintenance vendors. Conduct regular inspections of common areas, public facilities, and amenities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Handle environmental-related feedback, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain inspection records and liaise with regulatory agencies and stakeholders on environmental health matters.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec or Higher Nitec qualification
• NEA qualified for managing hawker centres and neighbourhood park toilets
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in environmental services, cleaning operations, facilities management, or environmental health management
• Experience supervising cleaning contractors, service providers, and environmental maintenance activities
• Good knowledge of environmental health regulations, sanitation standards, and cleanliness management practices
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
