About the role

This role gives dedicated support to the Head of Value-Added Services for Asia Pacific, acting as a trusted partner on executive priorities, business operations and stakeholder engagement across the region. It suits someone highly organised, proactive and resourceful who can work well in a fast-moving environment and keep executive and team priorities running smoothly.

What you'll do

Manage the Head of VAS AP's calendar, travel and meeting priorities across multiple time zones
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive matters professionally and discreetly
Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, team events and business activities, including logistics, materials and follow-up actions
Support onboarding for new employees and contractors

Prepare presentations, reports and other business documents

Manage purchase requisitions, expenses, invoices and related administrative processes

Support business initiatives, special projects and operational activities for the VAS leadership team

Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively and keep executive and team priorities on track

Partner with other administrative professionals to provide support and coverage as needed

Requirements

At least 8 years supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or in business support
Track record managing complex calendars, international travel and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and SharePoint
Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving ability
