Executive, Leasing (Commercial)

About the role

You will be part of the Commercial leasing team in Singapore, handling leasing enquiries and working with the team to propose workspace solutions for prospects. You will engage tenants to understand their needs and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships. You will support leasing managers with activities such as formulating leasing strategies, customising marketing materials, managing deal transactions and attending to tenancy matters. You will also build networking channels with tenants and agents, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports, yearly budgets and forecasts. General administrative support is also part of the role.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation and collaboration skills
• Positive disposition, resourcefulness and a team player
• Sound understanding of real estate
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
