Executive, Operations (Indoor Attractions & Experiences)

About the role

You will oversee the daily operations of indoor attractions, including queue and crowd management, cleanliness, and show quality. You will supervise ticketing and cash handling, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and handle guest feedback to close service gaps. You will also train and manage team members, plan manpower, and support hiring and onboarding. Other duties include writing SOPs and risk assessments, coordinating procurement, and assisting with wildlife management efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum O level
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in service and/or ground operations management
• Attractions’ experience will be an added advantage
• Service driven, pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition
• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent team player who can also work independently
