Executive, Operations Support & Administration

About the role

You will provide operational coordination and administrative support to the Operations Department. Your duties include coordinating documentation, processing invoices and billing adjustments, tracking vehicle road tax renewals, and coordinating chauffeur driver deployments. You will also maintain records and SOPs, support audits, assist with department training and onboarding, and help with digitalisation and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of departmental requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Studies, Finance or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations support, administration, billing coordination, customer service or related function
• Strong organizational, coordination and follow-up skills
• Sound understanding of billing documentation and administrative processes
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and record integrity
• Good written and verbal communication skills
