Executive (Programme), Active Ageing Centre

Plan, implement and manage programmes and services that promote active and healthy ageing across the five Active Ageing Programme domains. Conduct outreach such as door-knocking and home visits to engage isolated seniors, and build relationships with them and their families. Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers, and work with community partners, healthcare providers and social service agencies. Handle information and referral services, case management support and administrative duties including Salesforce CRM records and programme reports. Work closely with the Centre Supervisor and team members to align programmes with centre goals.
