Executive Quantity Surveyor

About the role

You will understand client requirements and conduct feasibility studies. You will liaise with clients, architects and consultants, and attend site meetings. You will review drawings and specifications, prepare project cost estimates, contracts, tender documents and subcontract agreements. You will measure quantities for architectural, infrastructure and structural works, and handle pre- and post-contract administration. You will assess variation orders, valuations, budgets and payment claims, and monitor contractual compliance. You will also mentor juniors and ensure compliance with statutory building regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 4 years of experience in pre and post contract in consultancy or main contractor environment
• Able to mentor and guide juniors
• Able to work collaboratively and self-check work
