Executive/Senior Executive, Corporate Governance and Transformation

About the role

Support the Senior Manager, Corporate Governance and Transformation in a fixed-term project to convert the organisation into a Company Limited by Guarantee. Coordinate cross-functional project activities, track progress, facilitate meetings and follow up on action items. Maintain compliance trackers, prepare correspondence and manage document repositories for regulatory and legal coordination. Administer contract, lease, licence and grant agreement novation processes, including inventory, status tracking and document control. Provide reporting, due diligence support and dashboard updates for executive oversight.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, governance, project coordination, or legal/regulatory support
• Proficient with MS Office and document management systems
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills
• High discretion in handling confidential information
