You will work closely with the safety manager, line heads and various teams, and it suits someone with a WSH background who is organised and comfortable juggling audits, reporting and engagement work.

Take part in incident investigations, including fact-finding, root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions
Help coordinate incident response planning, emergency preparedness drills and mitigation activities
Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, and corporate policies
Act as administrator for the division's safety reporting application, keeping case management, reporting integrity and performance tracking accurate
Assist the Fire Safety Manager with fire safety inspections, drills and regulatory checks
Support the WSHC Secretariat for Kim Chuan Depot, including meeting coordination, documentation and action tracking
Support delivery of the division's safety, security and quality audit work plan
Serve as a support contact for audits, helping develop and execute audit and inspection plans

Help evaluate HSE Management System effectiveness and suggest improvements
Share updates on safety circulars, regulatory changes and procedural revisions with relevant teams
Help manage SSQC documentation, including the division resource page and shared drive
Support SSQC awareness and engagement programmes such as Safety Protected Time, workplace discussions and digital platforms
Help run SSQC outreach events, campaigns and training sessions
Work with teams to embed SSQC principles into daily operations
Support planning and execution of GSS initiatives and internal campaigns
Help organise safety promotional activities to boost staff engagement and awareness
Undertake other tasks assigned by the Division Head, Head of Department or Branch Manager SSQC Good to know You may need to work outside normal office hours and dur Requirements Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline from a recognised institution At least 3 to 5 years of relevant WSH experience WSH Officer with valid certifications such as WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH preferred Lead ISO 45001 Auditor certification Prior experience in transport, infrastructure or engineering sectors is an advantage Strong knowledge of WSH frameworks, Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Singapore Standards, plus Environmental and Fire Safety requirements Apply on the company website
