About the role
This six-month contract role sits within the Volunteer Management team at NUHS Population Health & Community Care, supporting community health programmes across western Singapore. You will work with internal stakeholders, volunteers and community partners to strengthen volunteer development and help deliver programmes that improve community health outcomes. It suits a proactive, organised person who enjoys community engagement and coordination work.
What you'll do
- Support volunteer recruitment by refreshing and updating marketing collaterals
- Identify and coordinate suitable events for volunteer recruitment booths
- Coordinate focus group discussions and engagement sessions with volunteer leaders to gather feedback for volunteer leadership initiatives and frameworks
