When
You will prepare and serve drinks at a bar in Marina Bay Sands, keeping full knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, wines and non-alcoholic selections. You will set up your workstation, maintain glassware and garnishes, and keep storage areas clean and well stocked. You will attend daily line-ups, communicate closely with captains and service attendants, and upsell to guests whenever possible. You will also prepare special items for events and follow all departmental service and grooming standards.
