F&B Emerging Talent Programme (Supervisor-in-Training)

About the role

Join a structured 12–18 month F&B development programme at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore to prepare for future supervisory roles. You will rotate across different F&B areas to build foundations in luxury service, restaurant operations, guest experience and commercial fundamentals. The role includes learning from experienced leaders, taking on increasing responsibilities, and participating in improvement projects. You will also receive coaching, mentoring and feedback while applying your learning on the floor. The position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related discipline
• Interest in customer service and teamwork
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn
• Passion for F&B and luxury hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
