When
You will handle guest service duties in a food and beverage outlet, including checking table settings, cleanliness and side station preparation before each meal period. You will greet and farewell guests, offer menu advice, take orders and serve food efficiently. You will operate the POS system, look for ways to upsell and add value, and handle guest complaints professionally while keeping your manager informed. You will also help with hosting and bartender duties when required, and perform opening or closing shift duties as assigned.
