When
You will deliver food and beverage orders to guests' rooms promptly and accurately, making sure everything is presented neatly. You will set up and maintain in-room dining stations, keeping them clean and well-stocked. You will handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests in a professional manner. You will also take orders, process cash and card payments, and follow health and safety rules. Upselling additional menu items to enhance the guest experience is part of the role.
