When
Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests in the restaurant. Provide friendly and excellent service, and assist fellow team members with preparation and setting up for service, ensuring amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected. Attend to guest requests, make menu suggestions and up-sell, and be well-versed in all aspects of the menu. Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries and other administrative duties. Perform cashiering duties, including operating the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions, and keeping the cash drawer accurate and reconciled at the end of each shift.
