When
You will handle food and beverage orders and serve guests at Ruby Lounge. You will provide friendly and excellent service, assist with restaurant setup and ensure amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected before service. You will also assist guests with requests, conduct suggestive selling and up-selling, and be well-versed in the menu. Additionally, you will handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries, perform cashiering duties, operate the POS system, and manage cash and credit transactions while maintaining cash drawer accuracy.
