About the role

You will handle food and beverage orders and serve guests, providing friendly and excellent service at all times. You will help set up the restaurant before service, ensuring amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected. You will assist guests with requests, make menu suggestions and up-sell, and be well-versed in the menu. You will also handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries, perform cashiering duties, operate the POS system, and manage cash and credit transactions while keeping the cash drawer accurate.

Requirements

Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes
At least 1 year in a guest service or guest contact role
Food hygiene and safety certification
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Well-groomed, professional appearance
