About the role

Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests in a restaurant. Provide friendly and excellent service, and assist fellow team members with preparation and setting up before service. Keep amenities and utensils properly stocked and inspected, and help guests with their requests. Be well-versed in the menu and conduct suggestive selling and up-selling. Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries and other administrative duties.

Requirements

Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes
At least 1 year in guest service or guest contact roles, preferably in hospitality
Food hygiene and safety certification
Willing and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Well-groomed, professional appearance

No degree needed
