Facilities Administrator and Receptionist

About the role

You will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for the facilities management team at a corporate site. Your duties include greeting guests, managing visitor registration and access badges, and handling front-of-house customer service. You will log facility issues, route maintenance tickets, and follow up to ensure they are resolved. You will also coordinate vendors and contractors, maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, and support event setups. Additionally, you will monitor access control and report any safety or cleanliness hazards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in reception, corporate front-of-house, or hospitality
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to multitask
• Proactive, can-do attitude with customer focus
• Comfortable using or learning visitor management and FM ticketing systems
