Facilities Coordinator

About the role

Support maintenance planning, CMMS administration, technical reporting, and vendor coordination in a mission-critical data center. Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and reports in the client's CMMS. Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and vendors for facility maintenance and repairs. Ensure records and reporting meet client SLAs, KPIs, and safety requirements. Oversee third-party vendors for soft services like janitorial, pest control, landscaping, and waste management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, facilities coordination, engineering administration, CMMS administration, or mission-critical facility operations
• Strong CMMS administration skills
• Good understanding of facility mechanical and electrical infrastructure
• Strong planning, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Relevant diploma, technical, vocational, or degree qualification
