About the role

You will coordinate repairs across our facilities, buildings and shops with electricians, technicians and the Building Maintenance Manager. You will carry out regular CCTV checks on company buildings and shop outlets, and handle security systems such as biometric and CCTV systems. You will also coordinate building and shop repairs with contractors and vendors, and manage tenants' maintenance and repair requests. Administrative duties related to these requests, plus other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors, are part of the role.

Requirements

Diploma in Facilities Management or related field
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in facilities management and administrative duties
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Good time management and communication skills
A team player
