Facilities Manager

About the role

You will manage soft services facilities operations for a tech workplace, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day activities through the enterprise ticketing system. You will hold vendors to their service level agreements and timelines, track requests to timely closure, and monitor ticketing KPIs. You will translate strategic objectives into operational deliverables, analyse data to drive corrective and continuous improvement works, and support special site projects. You will also manage stakeholder relationships, site reporting, vendor contracts and budgets, and ensure compliance with fire, health and occupational safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of facilities management experience in a multinational environment
• Experience in soft services vendor management, budgeting, spend management and sourcing
• Experience with workplace ticketing and facilities management systems
• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
• Experience in client reporting, data analysis and operational reports
