Lead facilities management operations across an industrial portfolio, covering both hard and soft services. Oversee building systems such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural components, and direct preventive and corrective maintenance. Manage contractors, vendors and service providers, and conduct regular facility inspections and audits. Direct soft services including cleaning, waste management, landscaping, pest control and security coordination. Handle tenant relations, budgeting and financial reporting, emergency preparedness and sustainability initiatives.
