When
You will keep a client's building facilities running smoothly by carrying out daily site inspections, meter readings and routine equipment checks. The role involves basic electrical work such as power trip resets and replacing switches, light fittings and tubes, as well as basic plumbing work like clearing choked sinks, fixing leakages and replacing faucets and bidets. You will also do monthly joint EHS inspections, basic fan coil unit checks, and escort vendors on site. Other duties include managing furniture moves and workspace changes, supporting meeting rooms and events, keeping inventory of supplies, tools and keys, and attending to fault calls and emergency escalations.
