Facilities Technician

You will carry out daily site inspections and check facilities to make sure building procedures and performance standards are met, including reading water and electrical meters. You will perform basic handyman and technical troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems, such as resetting power trips, replacing switches, light fittings and tubes, and handling basic plumbing like clearing chokes and fixing leaks. You will also do routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment including fan coil units, and keep the premises neat and in good working condition. Other duties include managing keys and supplies, escorting vendors, supporting furniture moves and workspace changes, and providing onsite support for meeting rooms and events. You will attend to fault calls and emergency escalations, and take on ad-hoc tasks when required.
