When
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a facility or campus, covering janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services and general maintenance. You will supervise maintenance programmes for the interior and exterior of the property and respond promptly to building maintenance, repair and cleaning requests. You will compile site documentation and reports, prepare budgets and financial reports, and assist with capital budget planning. You will also monitor vendor and tenant compliance with insurance requirements and inspect the facility regularly, reporting findings to the Facility Manager.
