Facility Manager

About the role

Lead the onsite facilities management team to deliver facility and property services. Oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems, housekeeping, conference rooms, vending, transport, F&B and site upkeep. Manage vendor contracts, tenders, SLAs and subcontractor performance. Track facility expenses, invoices and assist with annual maintenance budgets. Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, manage the onsite team and conduct performance reviews. Ensure compliance with safety and emergency response plans, including after-office-hours support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of Facilities Management experience in building operations or property management
• Technical and project management background with exposure to M&E systems and maintenance scheduling
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication skills
• Financial acumen with experience tracking expenses, managing invoices and assisting with budgets
