Provide technical direction and on-site support to customers for the operation, maintenance, repair, installation and logistics of water treatment products and equipment. Interpret data and give technical instructions, while reporting programme status, customer issues, failures and trends to project and field service teams. Review malfunctions and maintenance actions, analyse trends and recommend improvements or training needs. Act as a key contact for assigned accounts, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and help meet service KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
