Field Service Engineer- Water Treatment System

About the role

You will be the main point of contact for customers, building relationships and managing a client portfolio while handling their service demands and deliveries. You will work closely with the Singapore Service Leader, service centre leader and sales team to deliver work orders and projects and resolve customer issues. You will liaise with procurement and third-party vendors for quotations, site surveys, orders, deliveries and work execution, and manage a team of specialists and subcontractors. You will also implement modification and retrofit projects, manage ad-hoc services and small projects, and promote EHS and ethics policies. The role requires availability on a 24-hour, 365-day call basis for service, EHS and production emergencies.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument or equivalent engineering from an accredited university or college
• At least 2 years of experience in field service or operation and maintenance for ultra-pure water, waste water and process treatment
• Willingness to travel within territory
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google Workspace applications
• Diploma holders in Electrical or Instrument background with 5 years of relevant experience may apply
