When
You will lead the end-to-end financial planning and performance management cycle for major divisions or programmes, covering budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will partner with division leads and senior leaders to evaluate business cases, assess financial sustainability and provide resource allocation guidance. You will monitor project expenditure, track milestones and flag financial risks, while guiding users on financial matters. You will also drive improvements in financial processes, systems and controls, including cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives. In addition, you will handle month and year-end closing, budget allocations and virements, variance analysis, accruals and grant recovery, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and government financial regulations.
