About the role

This is a one-year contract role within Prudential's Finance Operations team in Singapore, focused on daily processing and compensation data validation. The position suits someone with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail who can handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced setting. You will support general finance activities and help ensure operations stay compliant with policies and regulations.

What you'll do

Validate financing schemes, recruitment incentives and distribution-related challenges for accuracy and alignment with business rules.
Identify data discrepancies or validation issues and escalate them to support timely resolution.

Support monthly closing by reviewing outputs for completeness and accuracy before downstream processing.

Manage and maintain distribution reports such as financing schemes, recruitment incentives and campaigns, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.

Support end-to-end operational processes, completing validation activities accurately and within set timelines.

Assist in rolling out new initiatives across distribution channels for smooth execution and coordination.

Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects to support evolving business and operational needs.

Requirements

Good business sense to balance business objectives, process efficiency and risk mitigation
Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Power BI and Python
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
Strong analytical, data validation and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to collaborate as a team player
