Represent the business with clients, partners and industry forums
Keep up to date with industry and regional competitive developments
Lead complex cash management deals end to end, including RFP responses and client pitches
Develop client focus strategies for key clients and sub-sector targets
Maintain a strong control environment covering compliance, regulatory requirements, KYC, documentation and training
Review account plans to find sales opportunities and support origination of cash management deals
Build target lists of underpenetrated names and pursue new cash business through unsolicited bids
Meet sales management goals for pipeline management, deal review and implementation kick-offs
Lead and prepare client presentations
Work with implementation and account managers to ensure deals are implemented effectively
Share market developments with the product management team
Attend team and sales management meetings to report on performance
Manage key balance sheet drivers including assets and liabilities
Partner with Banking on client credit risk matters
Work closely with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit and Finance
Promote responsible finance, good governance, expense discipline and ethics
