About the role

This role oversees housekeeping standards across guest floors, rooms and public areas at NoMad Singapore, supervising Room Attendants and supporting daily housekeeping operations. You will act as a quality-control point between the housekeeping team, Front Office and Engineering so that rooms are serviced efficiently and guests receive a consistently high standard of service. It suits someone with hotel housekeeping experience who is comfortable leading a team and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across assigned guest floors and rooms
Carry out regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors and public areas
Supervise turndown service to meet brand standards

Track room readiness and coordinate accurate room status with Front Office

Ensure guest privacy is respected, including Do Not Disturb compliance

Supervise and monitor the performance of Room Attendants

Provide on-the-job training, guidance and support to team members

Conduct one-on-one coaching and support continuous skill development

Monitor productivity and allocate tasks efficiently

Check grooming, hygiene and presentation standards of team members

Coordinate with Engineering on reporting and follow-up of maintenance issues

Follow and document lost and found procedures accurately

Keep housekeeping pantries and linen rooms clean and orderly

Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints professionally

Seek guest feedback to improve housekeeping service quality

Complete housekeeping reports and documentation accurately and on time

Maintain records on room status, inspections and operational issues

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures and security protocols

Follow Hilton brand standards and housekeeping operational guidelines

Maintain strict key control procedures and safe working practices

Reports into housekeeping operations and works closely with Front Office and Engineering

Requirements

At least 3 years of housekeeping or guestrooms operations experience in a hotel
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room standards and cleaning procedures
Supervisory experience preferred
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with Opera or similar PMS is an advantage
Strong organisational and coordination skills
