FM Operation Manager - Expression of Interest

About the role

Oversee daily M&E operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts and BMS, making sure maintenance follows schedules, SOPs and safety standards. Lead and manage managers and engineers, including recruitment and performance, and oversee contractors and vendors for outsourced services. Act as the main point of contact for clients, attend meetings and provide regular reports on operations, performance and improvements. Ensure compliance with regulations through audits and inspections, manage incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. Manage budgets, contracts and procurement while driving cost optimisation, asset management and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (building services/facilities preferred)
• 7–10 years of M&E facilities management experience
• At least 3 years in a senior or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and local codes/standards such as Fire Code and WSH
• Leadership, communication, budgeting and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS/CAFM systems
