Share ideas to improve operational and environmental procedures.
Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers.
Work safely and look out for the safety of others.
Know the menu well and explain dishes to guests, including dietary options.
Agree and carry out service improvements with the Manager.
Complete product knowledge checklists and suggest menu items for guests of different nationalities.
Know other outlets' menus and opening hours so you can recommend them.
Check team members' product knowledge each shift.
Set up the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including cashier desk checks and briefing Chefs on reservations.
Review daily reservations and confirm large bookings by phone.
Support bartenders and kitchen team members as needed.
