Food & Beverage Service Executive (In-Suite Dining & Pool Bar)

About the role

You will supervise the In-Suite Dining and Pool Bar team, overseeing daily setup and operations to meet service and financial targets. Duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, upselling, and ensuring guests feel welcome and well cared for. You will also train and guide team members, handle minor complaints, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. The role reports to the Outlet Manager and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an international class restaurant
• At least 1 year relevant experience in a similar capacity an advantage
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Interpersonal skills – communicates easily/openly with integrity
• Communication skills in English spoken/written
