When
You will provide prompt and professional food and beverage service to hotel and dining guests. Your duties include opening and closing the outlet, planning daily operations when the Manager is away, and supervising junior team members and casual staff. You will take and confirm restaurant reservations, take orders, serve food and drinks to standard, and upsell offers to maximise sales. You will also handle guest feedback, follow food safety and hygiene standards, and keep the outlet and back-of-house clean. You may assist other F&B outlets during peak periods.
