About the role
This role sits within the Health and Public Services portfolio, expanding agentic delivery work for government and public sector clients. You will be embedded with delivery teams and clients, designing and implementing agentic systems that turn work into repeatable capabilities. It suits an experienced engineer who is comfortable client-facing and working independently in ambiguous settings.
What you'll do
- Design, build and deploy single and multi-agent systems that automate parts of public service delivery
- Develop reference architectures, tools and reusable patterns for agentic delivery in public sector, defense and public safety contexts
- Build evaluation frameworks, observability tooling and guardrails so agent behaviour is measurable, safe and reliable in production
