You will design, build and deploy agentic AI systems, including single and multi-agent setups, to automate parts of public service delivery. You will develop reference architectures, reusable tools and patterns for public sector, defence and public safety work. You will create evaluation frameworks, observability tools and guardrails so agent behaviour stays measurable, safe and reliable in production. You will set up governance for autonomy levels, human-in-the-loop checkpoints and escalation protocols in regulated environments. You will also coach delivery teams on agentic engineering best practices.
